Weeds/Sizañas

“ Blessed is the man 

       who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked 
       or stand in the way of sinners 
       or sit in the seat of mockers.

 But his delight is in the law of the LORD, 
       and on his law he meditates day and night.

 He is like a tree planted by streams of water, 
       which yields its fruit in season 
       and whose leaf does not wither.

How beautiful creation is!

As I was meditating and straighten up our garden, I noticed new weeds.  I started to pull them out. 

I could not resist it.  I started thinking about the weeds of my heart and how so often I let anger, hurt or dissappointment to grow and choke the hope and dreams that the Lord gave me.

I started to pull them out.   It took me about and hour to complete the task, but it was done.

The Lord thought me that even though we have weeds in our hearts, it is not a difficult matter to pull them out.  They have no deep root!!  We become perennial and fruitful tress every time we walk into the rivers of His mercy and grace!

“ Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies.  Who is he that condemns? Christ Jesus, who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.” Romans 8:33-34

Qué hermosa es la creación!

Mientras medidaba y arreglaba nuetro jardín, noté nuevas hierbas rastreras.  Empezé a sacarlas.

No pude resistirlo, empezé a pensar en las hierbas rastreras de mi corazón y cómo seguidamente dejo que el coraje, el dolor o la desilución empiecen a crecer y ahogen la esperanza y los sueños que El Señor me dió.

Empezó a sacarlas.  Me tomó como una hora completar este trabajo, pero lo hice.

El Señor me enseñó que aunque tenga hierbas rastreras en mi corazón, no es difícil cosa sacarlas.   No tienen raíz profunda!  Nosotros nos convertimos en perennes y fructíferos cada vez que caminamos en los ríos de Su misericordia y gracia!

“ ¿Quién acusará a los escogidos de Dios? Dios es el que justifica.

    ¿Quién es el que condenará? Cristo es el que murió; más aun, el que también resucitó, el que además está a la diestra de Dios, el que también intercede por nosotros.”  Romanos 8:33-34
